Semaglutide is a weekly injectable medication used in adults to treat excess weight and obesity. This is an appetite suppressant medication which should be used in conjunction with a reduced calorie eating plan and exercise regimen.
IV therapy is utilized to promote your overall wellness. One infusion every two weeks is both ideal and adequate for most people since nutrient levels are elevated for a couple of weeks following an infusion. IV infusions may assist in combating fatigue, boosting energy, & hydration.

Vitamin B-12 injections- $25

Vitamin B-12 Shots have many roles in your body. It supports the normal function of your nerve cells and is needed for red blood cell formation and DNA synthesis. Both lipo-mino and B-12 may improve energy levels, burn fat, boost metabolism, enhance mood, and support healthy hair, skin, & circulation.
Lipo-mino mix includes vitamin B-12, amino acids, & a mixture of B vitamins to improve energy, and metabolism.
Botox is the first FDA approved brand of Botulinum Toxin A, it is a protein used in the form of a dermal injection. Other FDA approved Botulinum Toxin A injections commonly available are DYSPORT, and XEOMIN.
The most common use of these injections is to temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes. Botox is commonly used in the face between the brows, & in lips.

All Facets Health & Wellness Center’s facials include a set of skin care treatments for the face with the goal of exfoliating your skin, removing impurities, and dead skin. Our team will offer steam, exfoliation, extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels, and massage to treat various skin types and conditions.
