All Facets Health & Wellness Center LLC. is a dedicated medical spa servicing clients in an intimate space. Owner Crystal Fassett, MSN, APRN, FNP-C has over 20 years of healthcare experience and wanted to use her nurse practitioner degree within her community to promote wellness, in combination with cosmetic beauty enhancements, for a total body experience.
